INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

My website is not currently set up to accept international orders. However, I am happy to invoice non-US customers and set up payment via PayPal. 

International orders will include any currency conversions fees (3.5-4%), shipping insurance, an administrative order processing fee of $20. 

All international orders are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not available. Customers are responsible for VAT IOSS fees and these fees will be collected by your country at time of package pickup. Designs by Laurel Leigh is not responsible for any shipping or Customs delays. Customers are responsible for checking shipping communication and any updates that may come from shipping carriers, keeping in mind that some messages may go to a junk mail folder.
